why remove car speed?
it slows down exp gains massively
 
So you want to be sorry rather than safe? For me, it's better safe than sorry.
 
Because since the latest patch Pokémon won't spawn if speed is above a specific amount.

with "car speed" pokemon will only spawn when slowing down for a pokestop and your risk of getting a soft-/permabann are a lot higher
Therefore as a safety measure Hatching Egg removed carspeed, as many people thought "more speed more exp" but it was "more speed more ban"
