Why PokeFarmer Botting time schedule is not same with my local present time?

The pokefarmer botting time schedule records are different with our country present time,
when start to bot everyday, it is shows start catching at AM06:00 to go, but we are now around AM10:00 in Asia.
but my pokebot Ninja start with the same, equally to my counrty present time (Asia),
Is this made no logic to BAN? who will always start catching at very early morning?
please let me know how to adjust starting time equally to ASIA present time.

This happens since day one and I don't think they care much and your are not the first post regards to this matter, they are doing more important thing right now which is to figuring why PF will be detectable and how to shop the annoying warning msg popping up on every PF users, but if the account got flagged, ban will be coming soon or later.
