Why no passive Bot?

Hey,

if I understand everything right is the main raison why HB or other Bots get catched is the Injection Part.
I also know that a Bot without Injection is really handicapped and can't do much things easily. But such
"simple" things as just a Combat Routine. Couldnt be there a Bot for it? A lot of HB User only use Combat
Routines. I think there is really a Gap in the Bot Market for it which other Bots try to close. This "Bots" survived
all Banwaves as I know, because the didnt use Injection. I dont wanna advertise other Bots! They all doesnt work
great and arent user friendly as HB. For sure it is a LOT of work but in my opinion this is something HB should do.
For Example starting HB and decide if using the full HB Functions with Injection or just use a passive HB with just
Combat Routine. If I rememeber right, years ago there were Shadowbot(totally passive) and was able to do more than
just a Combat Routine. (I think also remember that Bossland bought Shadowbot, sry if it isnt right)
Again I dont wanna make advertise for other Bots because HB is the best Bot on the Market since years but
they should jump on the passive train. Step by Step.

Let me know you opinion :)

Passive bots also got hit in the latest banwaves. So they ain't more secure than the injection bots :)

I just found it and it confirms my presumptions:

Q. What do you mean by passive?
A. There's no writing to memory, and no injection (i.e. all of the scary stuff that can be detected by Blizzard). This means that detecting Legionbuddy is virtually impossible.

Is there anybody been banned for just using Legionbuddy and when will the development be continued?

i know of one thing or programme that's 100% passive and you rename everything yourself and also do the keybinds yourself , works pretty good and zero bans yet, wont name it so don't ask , so it can be done !!! problem is a lot of developers want their own paw prints all over it so they wont let you customise name folder keybinds etc hence reason your being caught as its the same sequences every time

What I dont understand is the huge wasted potential. Just a normal Rotation Bot for maybe 9,99$ monthly. This would bring
thousands of new buyers and they would maybe also buy HB. From this earnings HB could give 1% to the Developers
and probably we would have a crazy Rotaiton Bot always up to date in like 2 weeks.

HB's precarious legal situation with Blizz is probably the best reason you haven't seen any further development of Legionbuddy.

It's probably just as real as tripwire is.

to be fair naming it anything buddy is a mistake we should be able to name it ourselfs before attaching and edit keybinds etc anything else and its to risky , and legion buddy is a no go far to expensive for what it is and no editing of keybinds programme etc makes it useless

Why should we be able to name it ourself? Blizzard doesnt scan the whole memory, so they dont see that we have a program called honorbuddy running.

this sucks, i really would buy Legendary if I knew that they haven't scrapped/won't scrap LegionBuddy...

I get they might not want to give away pertinent information but its really unfortunate they won't give a SMALL update even, :(

Which passive bots? Can you name any? And no, SBR is not a passive bot. The other ones are not passive as well.

There's at least 1 passive bot that is fairly popular. And no, we can't name it on these forums as that's a violation of the rules here.

The only one truly passive bot that wasn't got hit since it's creation that I know of is pure shit. You'd do better playing by hand. There are no "fairly popular" passive bots.
