why my lifetime key is expired?

I bought a lifetime key 3 years ago（7.20.2014）

I haven't use Hearthbuddy for a long time. and today when I try to login, it tells me my key is expired

The email I acrhieved says "this Key has 1 Sessions and lasts 3600 Days from the time of first use"

my key: 7J3X4R7N3R**********

I was honerbuddy demonbuddy hearthbuddy user.
I first used honerbuddy in WLK

I spend almost 1K USD on hearthstone. so I even don't need hearthbuddy to farm.
but I bought a lifetime hearthbuddy Key without hesitate, all because Buddy helped me in WOW D3, I like Buddy
