Why my bot picking all yellow items? How can i do that he pick non?

Since i got high IIR/IIQ i try to change my bot that he dont pickup anymore rar items... does anyone can help me?

I allrdy try it with the itemfilter / aditemfilter but it didnt work... even if i turn both offline its acting the same? Whats going on xD
