Why my AB always disappear

I have 4 clients.，I use the grinding plugin，Why my AB always disappear？And then all the games are disconnected.Net Framework(4.5.2)has been installed，visual c++ versions(2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013)has been installed，how can I solve this problem？Hope to get your reply. Thank you

Are you using The Grinder or Archegrinder? Or a different grinding plugin? Please link the grinding plugin.
