Why leave battle?

This might be a dumb question, but why is the bot leaving the battle when you are dead? Don't you need to stay till the end to get experience, credits etc?

EXP and $$ are received whether u stay in battle or not after the tank is dead, staying in battle just take away time from TL to do its work if you have other vehicles that can be used.

Ah, see, I said it was a dumb question.

So I assume that you don't actually get the xp till the end of the battle, as that's when it is calculated.....
