Why is mining and herbin profiles only working with profession buddy and not GB?

When I run GB it screws up a lot or does nothing, I have to run it on prof buddy in order for it to work? Why? Also even then it still screws up a bit, I've used multiple profiles btw.
Very annoying.
 
GB2 profiles still work fine on my end. Are you running GB1 or GB2?
