I'm woundering why they use the exploitation of game mechanic and not third party software
https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/exploitation-policy states what it means, and seeing most of the bans comes from HB it makes no sense.

Atleast for EU they have rules about transparency (which in this case they are breaking) and I urge people to contact their countrys department of it to figure out how to appeal on getting information about what blizzard has logged about you via the EU data protection directive. Since the reasoning of ban is bullshit, and their automated response on the appeal could be considered illegal (in EU).
