Why is "Honorbuddy" called "Honorbuddy?"

Why is a bot that is utterly miserable at farming honor called Honorbuddy? Please enlighten me on this inside joke.
 
Because it started out as an Honor farming bot way back when. Then people wanted to level and then quest and here we are. You can still farm honor just not conquest points in arenas. Now, having said that i do understand what your *trying* to say while being all sarcastic and shit.
 
No sarcasm intended. I was honestly wondering how they chose such a poor name. I'm not sure why you think this is a viable bot for farming honor, maybe you're doing something I'm not. But out of the box this couldn't gank my grandma in a bg. Unless of course my grandma was the running into the middle of ten of the opposite faction boss. Or the infamous standing on top of an already captured base then running out as soon as the enemy finally comes boss. Please note the only sarcasm in this post is the mention of my beloved grandmother. Who again, could pwn this bot.
 
And you weren't using this bot when it started and named. Again though, since the last business decisions were made yes, maybe a renaming is in order but to answer the OP. This *was* the Honor farming bot hence the name.
 
Yeah when it first come out it was only for pvp not many people knew what a bot was back then but now every 2nd WoW player knows what to look for in a bot. Its like botting is main stream now every goose and their sheep are doing it.

we dont want bg farming that is what gets us banned we want arena back to move manually and use a routine like befor. fuck pve man
 
Honorbuddy is a name used to market a product—nothing more. It is most certainly NOT a "requirements list".

Honor comes in many forms—the currency form you're after is just one of them. Gosh knows, there is no actual Honor involved if you are botting arenas.
