Why is everything in AH so cheap?

Nah, Most likely due to the AH closing down, people are just trying to get rid of what they can, instead of holding out for a higher price.

Because there are no item sinks. Basically you need god tier or semi-god tier items to anything, because otherwise the market is completely flooded with items botted since the release of D3. Blizzard really messed up implementing the AH, there should be BoA if items are sold in AH which would sink lots of good items.
