This is worse then the wow forums.
What exactly is going on? Devs leaving, the sky is falling and tinfoil hats are multiplying.

Feel like i just walked into a war zone.

well there was the great ban wave followed by the active arena blocked that causes some Devs to leave. Some of them or their patrons are salty and all that goes along with that.

Big wow patch followed by a relatively quick HB rebound for a major patch that lasted an hour that led to we know, then pretty quick to withholding for security reasons to a long time without any PR. Which is probably a good point to say, any time a mod comes on to lock threads for people complaining about downtime could use some better tact. "We are sorry for the long downtime. I can assure you that the devs are working as hard as they can to bring the bot up. Remember your account security is always our primary concern." instead of the "go read the thread, closed" responses they give.

Then there is the white knights saying the same things the mods do but with even more poo slinging and assery.

tl;dr: the internet.

How you know that ?

People are just desperate to jump in and are coming up with crazy conspiracies. Because it's a new patch with new content. People that use CRs are under pressure from their guilds to raid and are desperate. And Farmers are missing out on $$ from new items and stuff. I mean on my server right now there is a desperate farmer asking on trade chat to buy 900,000 gold across multiple realms. It's fucking hilarious.

Yea agreed, locking threads, annoying as it may be to see the same shit come up, is a bad idea. Best to do what you suggested. The mod's pr is terrible.

They're locking threads because they derail all too often and almost always end up in flame wars. I created a thread a couple of days ago, asking for a civilized discussion about bot usage in PvP and it too ended up getting locked because some trolls came in and spewing off-topic crap, calling everyone names. If anything, there should be more threads being locked.

Though to be fair I've seen worse and recently they were reprimanded by the man up top to knock off the out of control censoring so theirs that.

Places like gizmodo are now approving posts like its China or something. Like the bloggers there have infallible integrity and superior judgement to save us all.

I hate the web - it's ruined today's youth.

Devs leaving, care to elaborate?

On topic, people are anywhere from upset to disappointed to optimistic that a release is still being worked on.

For the calm and sane amongst us, we just keep tight and get on with what we can.

Hey Galaxy. You are the One saying you wanted a civilized chat? That is very weird because 2 hours ago or so, you called us all retards. Second of all I do not know why you always tend to defend the DEVS. we are not against them. We value their hard work, and personally I really believe that I get more than what I paid for, the bot has always been good tbh. But what You and they need to understand is that people aren't stupid. Iam not willing to wait till Monday night or Tuesday morning neither does many people. Now even if that's the circumstance, at least give us a reasonable reason. Not, There wont be a release tonight. Or we nothing new to share... You get my point.

I bet if I made a poll about whether to ban your stupid troll ass or not, we'd get over 100 votes in an hour.
