Why I cannot log in HB?

Hello, can anyone help me out with this current issue I have please? I cannot log in HB due to an authentication failed message.
Here is my log in the attachment.

Yes, I am using my key as my username and keep the password blank as before. However, this issues has been with me for almost a week and I cannot log in.

log in to buddy auth and make sure the key your trying to use matches the one thats listed there.
