Why ElvUI not work with HB3?

On draenor everything worked and did not work in the Legion.
Need something removed from it?

ElvUI was never supported and i dont think they ever will support it.

Problems with elvUI only happen with questing profiles (1-110) but that was a "problem" with hb2 too.
