Besides checking the filename - I assume its safe to guess the Blizzard scanning software (if that is what they began to do) can check for similarities in size, content etc.

So if you thing you are safe because you change the filename... dont bet your money on it.

Changing the name of the .exe from the program would be a start but changing it yourself does nothing to change it in the process menu
