Why doesn;t the Paladin Singular selfheal?

Hi,

Im a Retribution Paladin and didnt change anything in the CC file besides removing the use of Consecration since he keeps using it and getting of mana is going really fast. But why doesnt he selfheal? I have use Word of Glory at 30% but its doing nothing.

EDIT:
After testing if it would cast Divine Protection at 100% it didnt work either. I thought maybe its a true value so I put in 150000 nothing changed. It doesnt cast anything besides the normal rotation. Do I need to activate the healpart of Singular somewhere?

make sure that you are on the latest Singular version
also you can try a custom CC
