Why does the pokeball just keep walking and not doing anyting?

So starting February 2nd when i got my new PF key because i took some time off because of issues i come back and then it goes down for maintenance just downloaded the new update and still the ball just keeps moving and doesn't do anything even when i click for it to catch a Pokemon....putting a log up does nothing because it shows nothing that im doing with it.....any suggestions? this is half a month of having a key that doesn't work on this program

It might be wise for you to review this guide, check the settings, and go from there. Everyone else is able to access PokeFarmer without any issues. I am sorry that you are having some issues, but maybe screenshot your settings as well as you reading that guide, and together we might make some great progress.

Normally its because you haven't ticked the correct boxes in settings such as catch pokemon or loot pokestops. Failing that you have 250/250 pokemon and 350/350 items.

Half of the month your "pokeball" is not catching pokemon. Lol.

I've seen something like this on ninjabot, it might be a failure to load map error. the game doesnt load the stops or pokemon so just walks about aimlessly.

Actually @Gotema125 half the month the dam thing wasn't working at all and I missed the valentines thing Niantic was doing

My husband is having the same problem. Won't catch pokemon or spins stops. Pretty much all he can do is walk around hatching eggs. I double checked his settings, his bag is at 130/250 pokemon.

I came here because I was having this problem, and you reminded me to check for that. I had zero pokeballs but it would ignore poke stops. There are new items now since I last played and i didn't set it to transfer them if there were too many. I was maxed out at 350, thank you
