Why does it take so log to be anwsered?

I sent in an ticket, because i tried to pay for my bot and i got to the fail page, i tried with another card and i got to the same fail page. So i sent in a complaint about this i figgured im blocked by G2S and i havent got an anwser witch means i cant bot

I want to buy the product, so i think taking time out to make sure im able to do that is just good buisnisse. However i do want them to take time out to make the product what it is and keep it that way, but at the same time i want to be able to buy it.

I don't see how he's being impatient, he had a problem, no answer, tries another resource just to check if he will in fact get answered.

How long did you wait?

The general trend is 24hrs but considering it Friday and weekend is coming, those 24hrs could increase by a fair margin.

Im not 100% sure anymore but yes, thinking its weekend you are probably right, all i can do is wait anyways

if you haven't send an e-mail to [email protected] and let them know whats going on. also call the number on the back of your card to make sure that they dont have foreign transactions blocked, some banks do that so its good to call and make sure everything is fine on the card side since its it can take up to 72 hours for an e-mail response.
