Why does GB send 4 blank mail letters?

when my bag is full my DK sends it to my bank alt, but when I log onto my alt I notice theres 4-5 blank letters with the dubest with 2 numbers such as 79 or 80? why is this?

sometimes it doesn't mail stuff, i dunno why either. sometimes i get no blanks... sometimes i get like 50. dunno

It happened to me because i had a soulbound item in one of my bags. GB was trying to mail it over and over, and sent my toon like 50 empty mails everytime. If you have a soulbound item that u want to keep, put it in your backpack.

make sure that you havent got soulbound items in your bugs or items that cant be mailed

i got around 980 mail blank
it was about soulbound items true
