Why do people ask about VM and IPs?

Unless you have multiple external internet connections they all have the same external IP to the internet anyways. I only ever used VMs because they gave me the ability to completely minimize and forget about WoW while the bots ran.

VPNs and IPs can completely mask an IP address.

Multiple VPNs and IPs can mask many WoW windows each with its own IP.
