Why do I have the mesh files for Emerald Dream?

I swear it only downloads when I get there (or needs it in a path), and last I checked, even with exploits you can get there since 2.*.*

Both connected to windows shared, both portforwarded for different ports...
Router is a DG834GT, lan IP 192.168.0.1, desktop's lan IP is 192.168.0.2 and laptop's is 192.168.0.3
