Why DB Support Lie

Hi,
few days agoe i had problem with authentication faild(still got it and cant login). I have sent 2 keys to demon buddy support mail, one key was fakt one was ok, support told me that its something wrong on my side becaus both keys are valid and work for them..... This is some kind of joke??
