Why cant I find FOTF???

I have been running chest runs for weeks, avg 6 leg per hour most of the time and cant find one...its driving me nuts!

average 6 lph is very good number. I am running Ghom and Rift/ Bounty. It is hovering around 5 lph, sometime it is only 3.5 lph but found several FOtF including DPS > 2900.

on the wizard account which got banned, I had nearly 2500 hours ingame.....and.....no.....Wand of Woh

Thanks blizz.....you guys should write a warning on the gamelabel, next to hardware recommendation......like a real life recommendation or somethere were you recommedn to cut down social life, work and sleep if order to get anywhere in this game (before the next patch comes along) and destroy your progress anyway,
