Why am i getting banned in the first 24 hrs ?

7 out of 9 accounts i started in the past 10 days got banned before they get past 24 hours of use while leveling. Even less than 24 hours .
I used fresh windows install , fresh wow client and i'm also using VPN.
Anyone knows what's the reason?
