Who is use Bot these day

i use bot to use combat mode or lvl up low characters ./

I did't login after 13 October . so is it safe now to use bot again . I don't use it to do WQ

I used only for lvl toons on a trail account 1-20 .I do not trust HB at the moment. Is it save to use? i dont know. Someone will say botting is never save blablabla 1111!

But my experiences is. I used HB from MOP until now. The first ban I ever received was on the Banwave FEB and now 2 accounts the last two weeks and i used only between the tipwire events and was caught. changed Mac Adress and Ip.

Tipwire is for me just a joke! pity is that no real information is given by HB just the tipwire blabla...

why we should give you more info about tripwire or our anti-detection methods?

Better to say we do not know how we are being tracked. give us time to figure out exactly what it is. Your key is put on ice for so long.
better than promising tripwire protect you and in the end you get banded .

Because you're in business, and presumably want customers to give you money. If that's accurate, it seems you need to do something to reassure customers. Customer service is a pain in the ass, but it's necessary... especially for whiny ones.

sharing such info in public its like sharing in public your CC and the pin of it

we are sharing whats shareable,nothing more and we will keep it strictly this way

I think blizzard knows how tripwire works this is why there is so many bans now

Tripwire is to recognize if blizzard new methods are activated to recognize a bot. So if blizzard something at the methods changes then the changed data are to be recognized and the bot immediately afterwards closed. then the whole is analyzed and either a countermeasure installed or a false positive 0 result produced. I hope it is a little to understand ...
