Who else is dying to bot in Cata?

I can't wait! As soon as good profiles are out, I want to have dirty amounts of everything to sell. Ores, herbs, gems, flasks, armor...everything. I'm planning to have every profession ready (I already have most of them done) and just rinse the hell out of every player looking to get the latest and greatest items.

I'm going to be the first to have all purchasable designs and patterns for JC and other profs, and just rinse the new expansion for everything it's worth. I'll also be buying every gold sink they have to offer. Mounts, rings, items...the works. Everything in wotlk is so dead now it'll be great to bot on a fresh thriving market.

Oh, one thing that will really suck is having to buy multiple copies of Cataclysm and also having to buy Vanilla, TBC, Wotlk and Cata for each new account.

Ofcourse. I plan to play my characters properly to 85 anyway and explore the new content by hand. By the time I want to bot again there will be a release. The core mechanics of the game won't change to the point where the bots are absolutly useless, so I doubt it will take months.

The market however, will be thriving for a very long time.

I think from the marketing point of view they will bust their asses off to be one of the first working bots for cata, atleast i know i'd be if i was running a bot like this.

And yeah, cant wait to finally have uber prices for farmed stuff instead of having to vendor say saronite etc.

Nah, but seriously. They have even added functionality to it with Pet Click to Move so the Hunter and Warlock CC-developers can play around with it so I doubt it.

Anyways, realy looking forward to geting a proper thriving market for my bots again. ^^

I'd love it if HB could work with standard keys instead of click-to-move. Even as an option that wasn't quite as good as CTM. I'd rather do my movements without writing to memory.

A few weeks/a month at most till the official release date start farming old world herbs or ores.
Like farm a bajilion of them. There will be a shitload of new guys/alts that will level their professions sooner or later. Now imagine that most of the people won't have time to gather stuff...they will just speed level through old content and try to get to 85.

Therefore the amount of mats on the market will be close to zero. You'll make a HUGE killing by selling those kinds of mats in the few first weeks .

Now THAT is what I am dieing to do and I can't wait for it )).

Like farm a bajilion of them. There will be a shitload of new guys/alts that will level their professions sooner or later. Now imagine that most of the people won't have time to gather stuff...they will just speed level through old content and try to get to 85.

Another idea is bags. As soon as cata is released, goblins and worgens will be EVERYWHERE. You cannot change race until 3 months after cata is out, so all of them will be fresh. What does a fresh toon need? Bags. Absolutly fuck loads of bags. People will buy normal bag slots and bank bag slots. I plan to level a tailor and stock up on enough netherweave bags that they're falling out of my eyes. The problem i'm having at the moment is guild bank space. I simply don't have enough of it.

Blizztard wont remove Click to Move because there is many subscriber's that need it because of missing limb's etc...

I actually like to use click2move when im playing and just travelling.. obviously not in fights or anything.

But yeah.. im looking forward to play cata more than botting it tbh.. leveling in wow was fun the first time.. but once you have seen everything 10000 times it gets old.. and botting becomes more fun than leveling..

So.. ill prob level a few fresh toons by hand since there is just so much new stuff for lower levels

Totaly, that was my plan too, and have the same problem xD i have 2 guild banks both with 4 tabs xD.

I think this will be useless. When its possible to fly in azeroth people will find it much easyer to mine so more people will start doing it.

Sorry bud, but you are very wrong, time is the most valuable asset that anyone has, thats why ppl would buy instead of fgarm themselves.

If what you say was true, gold sellers or bots would not exist.

In my case im stockingh up on old world mats and leveling up a tailor and enchanter, to disenchant wathever green i pick up on the way to 85, can you guys imagine how expensive the new enchanting mats will be?
