Who do i get in touch with over bossland.shop issues?

I have some account related stuff I need to address and it seems the portal/site is as barebones as you can get. I can change basically nothing. Is there a support these days or CS email?

edit: found it. the .shop site seems to have a zen helpdesk thingy. heres to hoping it works.
