White screen on first "real device login" (Android)

I've been running a new account on PokeFarmer and now decided to login from a real device for the first time. I'm greeted only with a blue/white screen. Any suggestions on how I might fix this?

I'm pretty sure it's related to the fact that I've never logged in to this account on a real device before (only via PokeFarmer). I've tried on 3 different devices (iPhone 5s, Sony Z5, Lenovo S8-50F). All those devices can login to my other accounts fine, but not this account. It may not be directly related, but it's at least part of the cause. Just generally hoping someone has seen it before and knows a magical answer.

In fact, I'm pretty sure it would repro... If you fire up an account and bot it to say level 6, then login on a real device, I think you'll see it. Pretty sure it's the "level up reward" screen that's failing to load properly, probably because there are so many of them queued up by now.
