I logged onto my AH mule and was whispered reported. I do not bot on this account. I was wondering what the likley hood of being banned after being reported is and what is the safest way to move gold to your main. Currently I used a guild bank to transfer the items and sell them on main account.

You should be fine.
Just don't move massive amounts at one time. Send a couple k, couple hours later send a couple more.
The guild bank thing is whatever, since it may just be friends working together.

The reporting thing all depends on when/if a GM cares to look into it.

I shuffle all mats to a classic account banker and have 600-1000 items on the AH at a time. I run this banker account anytime i am sitting at the computer, so it is constantly undercutting/canceling/reposting. I have been called Bot, hacker, scumbag, reported, etc etc etc.. And Blizz never does a thing, till i hand over a couple hundred k to a chinaman.

use badboy then no one can whisper u put it on lvl 85:)
