whisper about report?

Ya so I just whispered about being reported and was told by some random player this. I was told that I was being investigated and was using honorbuddy...

Just a couple questions. Why would a GM tell a player what program I was using...and if the gm knew this for a fact why would he investigate me wouldnt he just ban me? Baby back bs if you ask me.

annndd what should I do if anything to counter this report or do I sit and wait hoping for the west.

Sounds like someone saw you, and obviously uses it as well if he knew what it was. Ignore it imo.

You can sit in uldum and watch someone fly to herb and dismount like 3 feet off the ground next to it..You know its HB

Or when you see someone snatching away your nodes, or when you snatch someones nodes, for more then an hour straight.

IMO it would be best to use an alternative character to maintain your gathering schedule. Also, look into an auto-reply addon to return a "You must be on my friends list to privately chat with me."

"You must be on my friends list to privately chat with me." yeah i got this whisper back when i was using a guild inviter many times got this back from my "Want to join xxx" whisper :d i know it is HB then.

A "Legit" botter can always spot other bots, but rarely is there a Douchebag Douchenough to report others With this addon, there is more room to fight your bans from player reports IMO.
