I've attached multiple logs of this event I figured more data couldn't hurt. 
While running My raiding buddy wow just closes

In the future, please attach just the one log that captures the event.
As to your problem, there can be multiple causes for it. Its usually another program that is interfering with proper WoWclient operation—the Razr mouse driver is a popular one at the moment. This article should help you resolve the issue:
