Which setup is good for a PvP restro druid?

I tried looking for the best PvP BG restro druid set-up and tried different CC's like FPS druid and Hazzdruid(with hazzfollowplugin) but I'm not sure how to set up my bot so that it follows people and heals them. When I use FPSdruid, the only spell my druid dos is lifebloom and when i use Hazzdruid my druid keeps sqitching to bear form instead of healing. Also, what should i set for settings for mounts and pulling?

It wont hurt you to read the CC's set up. HazzDruid is great for resto PvP. Read the set up and usage.
