Which Profile is best for leveling up?

im doing the Queen right now.. but takes 2hrs to start from level 7 - level 14 its kinda slow.. for this...

20+ till 50 full AFK with ZK is realy quick, but after 50+ starts to become long.

i have a question, do i have to clear all act 1 quest to go to act 2 or i can just ask a friend to kill butcher for me so i can skip to act 2

No need!!

You just need to kill diablo for another difficulty (NM - Hell - Inferno).

Lol, get a friend to kill Diablo for you on normal and hop on straight to nightmare. But i can't see why you would want that.
Get to level 20-25 and then start farming Zoltan Kulle on normal till 50, and from 50 do Queen on Hell again till 60

You can have a friend kill the Butcher for you and go straight to Act 2. However, if you wanted to go back and farm something in Act 1 like Skeleton King or whatever you'd have to go back and do the quests leading up to that.

Check my sig for alternatives. Doing queen runs all the way to 60, from 50, is really slow by the way.
