Which Professions should I do on my Tank? (MONK)

Hey guys, I'm recently making a new monk character,

which are the BEST professions to get to 600 on him, making him my new high tier raiding tank.


My Gut is telling me to go Blacksmithing + Engineering, thoughts?

To make some profit Skinning and leatherworking for high end raiding is suggest jewel crafting and Enchanting
