Which game to bot?

Hello there, I want to start botting again but I'm unsure which game.
I'd like to stay with bossland supported games.

Games I think about:
WoW
FF14
ST:Tor

also:
AA
Runescape
PoE
Diablo 2/3

Are these games worth to get knowing for botting?

I once botted in WoW but the great times seem to be over. But I know the game which might be better.
Which of the games are the easiest to set up?
It doesn't have to be "One click and rdyy to bot" but easy.
I definitly want to run multiple bots and doing Quest if possible.

Which game is most likely not banning bots?
Which one to bot for Profit? I'm also wondering how you make money with Diablo 3 since RMAH is gone?
Which has the the most profiles?

If you want to bot for profit, you need to go deeper into botting. Use own profiles, know exactly what you do and what you set up.

Well, both of course. I now bought Honorbuddy and it changed much since I checked it the last time
I started with one bot but I'd like to get more when I'm into it. What gives Profit with 1 Bot should give profit with 20 too.
I don't think its that hard to Proxy each bot.

I don't like to maintain them all the time. I'm a big fan of working 1click solutions.

Aye thank you. I played Wow and I know the world quite good. Also PoE Diablo 2/3. I got no experience with the other but I might want to get them know when the profit is high enough.
