Don't worry about bias. I just found the two of them and they appear to do roughly the same thing. I was just wondering what the differences are, if any, and why someone might prefer one over the other.
I use Arelog, tried to try HBRelog but kept getting Lua errors on the login screen and never got any help troubleshooting it so went back to ARelog since it just works within 3 min of setting it up.
Tried HBRelog first. Was easy to set up and it ran flawlessly out of the box. I ran GB2 on one toon for an hour, had it log off and idle for 30 minutes, then log on to a different toon to do Archaeology for an hour. Ran without a hitch and looped back to GB2 at the end. I've got it running that loop for a much longer time now.
This thing works great. I'm probably just going to keep using it unless it ends up not doing something I want it to do. At that point I might try ARelog, but I'm in no hurry. HBRelog seems to do what I want it to do for the time being. Thanks for all the replies.
I use ARelog, it was ez to set up. Is becoming a little messy with accounts and rotation but works awesome, even the window positioning and size. Be careful with this last one, test it some times crashes wow and leave HB lagged open.
