But first I have a few questions..

1) is the 1 session license for life? or another period of time.
2) Can I use paypal for pay for it?

They take credit cards for sure, and as far as I know paypal is also accepted. When you buy it it'll say 10 years, or 10000000 days.. All in all, unless you think you'll be botting in 40 years or so on wow still you have nothing to worry about. (Also just for the record, it's $30 USD)
