Where's the Questing bot?

Those 11 bots marked in red are the only ones available in my honorbuddy, where's the Questing bot at?
 
If you gave a log, we could see that you use the german version which has no questbot

Ok cheers, how do I change that? It just automatically changed it to german when I used the HB installer. Didn't think anything of it, cuz I just changed the language to english. Didn't think you'd need a log either to know why the Questbot is missing - that's why I didn't submit anything other than the picture.
