where/who do i contact for a refund?

so i recently purchased another honorbuddy sessions before all the wonderful server stuff, seeing that its not going to be used was looking to refund these other sessions, cant find a link anywhere refering to a refund. if some one could point me in the rite direction id appreciate it. thanks in advance

On payment issues mail to [email protected], please add you Key / Email / Ordernumber if possible, along with the description of the issue
Payment issues can be: Payment Declined / Whitelist, Key not working, Honorbuddy Upgrade 1 to 3 Sessions, Buddyauth Issues, Refund, Merging Keys for the same User

being eligible for a refund means that you are within the 7 days period after you purchased your key
