I did ctrl + f for "convert" but everything was all 4.2.*, no 4.3s. However, I do see there was one. Must have miss-read it.

valor vendor 'sells' conquest points
conquest vendor 'sells' valor points

these points go towards your weekly cap! (ie: if you're at 1000 valor points for the week - you can't change conquest to valor and get more valor)
