Where to submit tickets?

I can't dl from the buddy store my forum and store info is different. When I try to reset says my email I signed up with is not found

your forum account and your buddyauth account are 2 different accounts. to log into the store, you need to login with your buddyauth account and make sure your buddyauth account has a valid honorbuddy key attached to it, when logging into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
