Where to put atom plugin?

I just downloaded the atom plugin but I can't find instructions anywhere on where to put the numerous folders/files. Can anyone help me out?

Hey guys, I've intstalled Atom like so:

Demonbuddy\Plugins\Atom

The plugin loads properly and is working (I think), but I'm unable to access the the config window. I've used numerous plugins and only had this issue when a plugin wasn't pathed properly.

What am I doing wrong?
