Where is the skill Bar

I am having a hard time getting the new bot to move.
-I think you need to portal to area to bot
-Then I start the bot "No "Move" action is on your skillbar.

I need a little help with direction to the action bar / Skill bar - how this actually work

Whoops, in after fix!
Click the skills bar in the lower right corner of POE and choose the footprints as one of your skills.
