Where is the card hovering option?

Recently I started trying out hearthbuddy. I noted that hearthbuddy should have card hovering function but I am not able to enable it. Do you guys know where is the option box to enable it?

Atleast from the GUI. However if you go into Hearthbuddy\Settings\Global and open GlobalSettings.json you could change "Hover" : false, to "Hover" : true
Not sure if this fixes the problem, since it's most likely bugged or something since it's removed from the gui.
