42 hours is long time. You can easily get to 60 in 15 hours.
I do 1-20 in about 15 to 20 min i use my main and run my bots through zk till they are 20.
Then run
20-30 Skycrown battlements quest 3 act 1 massacure farming
30-40 Leroics manor nightmare
40-50 Skycrown battlements nightmare
50-60 skycrown battlements hell.


get your self a weapon that is -17 or 18 on the level reduced and you will fly. I got one off teh AH for 100k it was a 700 dps weapon i just 1 shotted everything from 42 to 60.
