Where is my key?

Heya guys. I have just came back to the bot after 1 year and had to reinstall it. How do I find my key? I have deleted the email that was sent to em containing it when I first bought the bot

using the same email u used in checkout page and you should be able to track your key

Great thanks I managed to find my key however it doesnt seem to work. It is 10 years off the expiry date!! Any ideas? I had bought this 1 one year ago and then i bought the 1 day key today by mistake and tried using both keys, don't know if thsi could be the issue?!

whats the error you get while trying to log on Hb?

Says "Authentification Failed"

if you get Auth failed message only it means that something is blocking Hb
add an exception in your firewall about Hb

Sorry it says:
"Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed!"

Invalid Account Details=wrong login info
use your key as described here

Ahhhhh got it Was not entering the data correctly. Was putting my username where my key should be. Thanks, everything is working great! Now i just have to re-learn how to use the bot again hehe
