Where is Honorbuddy routines under?

there is a routine folder in the honor buddy folder which has the routines

Before the store was created and implemented you could find your routines located in your HonorBuddy/Routines folder. This folder only contains settings for the routines you've purchased on the store now though. Routines are no longer accessible on your system if you get them from the Buddy Store. They're streamed to your PC where you have access to the settings files, but not the routines themselves. The only way you will have access to a routine is if you download it directly from the forums (there are still routines available to download from the forums as they have not all been placed on the store) or via an SVN (Tortoise SVN) link provided by the author.
