I am looking to run the bot on 2 different computers and swap them back and forth "not all the time but some times". what i am looking for is where is the progress of quest stored. is it stored in the bot folder or somewhere else? if it is in the bot folder under which one?

Hi, Adoronron,
A toon's quest state is stored on the WoWserver. The WoWclient and Honorbuddy will cache some of this information to better performance. The caches are populated from the WoWserver state, and should always be in sync with it.
Occasionally, a cache will become corrupted (either the WoWclient's or Honorbuddy's) if things are not shut down correctly. When this happens, this article can walk you through clearing it out to effect a repair.
You should be able to switch computers with your toons back-and-forth as you will.
