ARelog have been discontinued for years now.

I think last update to that was like 2 years ago. HBRelog is the only working program atm (for the public).

Arelog has been discontinued. From what I've read it used injection like HB does and it was too much work to keep updating it everytime HB was updated. So they decided to just use HBRelog since it doesn't use injection and doesn't need updated nearly as often.
