But what I suffering is the buddy just won't do that, and keeps telling me xxxxxx.etm is blah blah blah,
So maybe I could found a full package of the mesh folder to prevent from this?

its gettin data from HB servers - just let it do what it does and it will work in due time.

you can't download the files other than with HB running & downloading them as it needs them.
